1. Foglalási szándékát telefonon vagy az adatlapot kitöltve jelezheti
2. Amennyiben a szálláshely rendelkezik szabad szobával, adatai alapján biztosítjuk a szállást.
3. Erről az Ön által választott módon tájékoztatjuk
4. E-mailen vagy faxon visszaigazoljuk a szobafoglalást
5. Visszaigazolásunkat kinyomtatva hasznos és fontos információkat kap tőlünk
   • Dátum, létszám, ár, foglalt ár tartaloma, stb.
   • Szálláshely címe, telefonszáma, térkép és útvonal segítség
   • Egyéb árak / hasznos információk a szálláshelyről
   • Érkezés-távozás, fizetési feltétel, lemondási feltétel
   • Egyéb turisztikai információk a környékről
6. Fizetés a helyszínen távozáskor a megadott pénzeszközzel*
