Balatonfoldvar

Balatonfoldvar is south part of Balaton. The village was built after plants of Szechenyi Imre earl, these plants determine the construction of village, because these were bathing place plans.
Balatonfoldvar is not a big settlement, but village’s orderly is conspicuous. There are beautiful old buildings, modern hotels suit with old and modern houses and holiday-homes.

The 7 road (Budapest – Nagykanizsa – Letenye - frontier) and train connect to traffic network. Who arrives here by ship you meet wit Foldvar in dock of south part. You can find near here the ferry of Szantod and airport of Balatonkiliti is 20 kilometres far from Balatonfoldvar.
This place is very good for those who need relaxing, because the peaceful night life, and the panorama to the lake offers marvellous experiences..
