Room information
Double-bedrooms,three-, and four-bedded rooms; they are nice, light and friendly and each room is with a balcony or respectively with a terrace. In the modern rooms are: shower,toilet, refrigerator (mini bar), safe, cabel TV and direct INTERNET access..

Wellness & Spa services
In the courtyard a parking place for our guests, which can be closed, table tennis, swimming- pool with deckchairs- where outdoor furniture and shady trees provide the recreation of our guests. Here can be also found a sandy playground for children with a slide and a swing; and a barbecue place for having a picnic.

Gastronomy & Restaurant
rich breakfast: buffet and enlarged continental breakfast; half board is provided in a restaurant in the neighbourhood of the house. At the reception we offer the services of a day-bar: coffee, tea, soft drinks, short drinks etc.

In the neighbourhood there are several possibilities for doing sports and recreation: tennis(100m), minigolf (50m), water sports-swimming, water-bicycle, surfing, angling, boating- riding(700m), dentist (200m), shopping centre (400m).

Room rates include buffet breakfast, room service, usage of swimming-pool with garden furniture, jacuzzi, table-tennis, grillgarden, playground and the closed parking place.
Tourism tax should be paid extra between age 18-70, it costs 1,5 EUR /person/night.
Children policy: between age 0-4 the accommodation is free of charge. Between age of 4-12 50 % discount.
Pets are allowed for EUR 5 /night.
Cancellation policy (for individuals): 72 hours (or more) prior to arrival free of charge, in 72 hours or no-show 1 night should be paid.
Check-in: 2 pm, check-out 10 am.
