In the house there are 3 bedrooms (with 2, 2, 3 beds), 1 mansard room (with 3 beds), 3 bathrooms (washing machine, bathtub for the children and shower), 2 living rooms and 1 well-equipped American style kitchen. In the living room of grand floor SAT-TV, DVD, CD, MP3-JPGE player, recorder and a pull-out sofa provide more convenience for its guests.
The garden offers facilities bacon roasting and grill. You can find shower, sand box, paddling-pool and car park for 3 cars in the garden.
The secure holiday is provided with the safe and alarm. You can rent a bike, if you wish to discover the countryside easily. The house has minibar and nearby you can find restaurants, tennis court and horse-riding possibility.
The house is waiting for its guests all the year round. Internet connection is provided on-demand.

Cancellation policy: After booking, 3 nights prepayment is required and it is not refundable in case of cancellation.
