Room information
All the 221 individually air-conditioned rooms are stylishly furnished and fully equipped with bathtub or shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, safe deposit box, direct-dial phone, satellite TV, mini-bar, internet access and balcony.
Spa Superior double room: We can find it on each floor of hotel. Guests can choose a room at the eastern or western part of the building; room with bathtub or shower, smoking or non-smoking. Extra bed can be put in all the 207 rooms. Also these rooms can accommodate disabled persons on the ground floor and families in connecting rooms.
Spa Superior family room: We can find these rooms on hotel's 3rd, 4th, 5th floor, comfortable for small and large families as well. Each has a spacious living room (with a pull-out sofa), a quiet bedroom and a bathroom.
Spa Senior Suite: The hotel's exclusive suites have 62 square metres ground-space with spacious rooms, high-class furniture, and consonant colours.

Spa and Health Center
Relax your body and soul at Apple Spa, a perfect spa- and health centre. A variety of treatments and activities are designed for enhancing your vitality and health. A well of medically certified thermal water is to be found on the property of the hotel. Health- conscious guest are welcome to enjoy the traditional treatment therapy of the Zalakaros spa culture. Room rates are valid per night, include buffet breakfast. Tourism tax should be paid extra (320 HUF/person/night)

Half-board is available for 4800 HUF/person/night
Children policy (in the same room with the adults):
Until the age of 7 free accommodation and half-board
Between the age of 8-12: 50% discount of the extra bed and half-board
Between the age of 13-17: 25% discount of the extra bed and half-board
Pets are allowed for 10.000 HUF/night
Cancellation policy: 72 hours (or more) prior to arrival free of charge, in 72 hours or no-show the total cost of the reservation should be paid.
