Hunguest Hotel Helios***superior is situated in the middle of a 4,5-ha-large well-kept nature conservation park, 500 m far from the thermal lake. The world famous thermal lake of Heviz with its largest water surface in Europe offers open-air bathe during the whole year. Its curative effect reveals principally in curing of rheumatological and locomotor diseases.
The two buildings of the hotel, Helios ANNA and BENJAMIN are connected each other with a heated corridor and have a unique ambience. The rooms and suites in the air-conditioned Hotel Anna (main building) have bathroom (with bath tube), toilet, balcony, television, minibar, telephone and safe. The rooms of Hotel Benjamin are equipped with shower/toilet, television, minibar, telephone and safe. Bathrobe use is free of charge.
The *** superior hotel has its own medical centre with indoor thermal pool and special staff. You can pamper yourself with a wide selection of wellness and beauty services: infraredsauna, solarium, salt chamber, resonant music therapy, Cleopatra bath, aromabath, cosmetics, hairdresser’s salon, manicure, pedicure, refreshing sole massage. The 150 double rooms and 12 suites in the air-conditioned Hotel Anna (main building) have bathroom (with bath tube), toilet, balcony, television, minibar, telephone and safe.
In Hotel Benjamin there are 42 double rooms, 2 single rooms and 4 triple rooms equipped with shower/ toilet, television, minibar, telephone and safe.

Therapy
The hotel has its own medical centre, special staff and indoor thermal pool (13 m x 9 m, water temperature 34 oC, own thermal well). Our guests can take advantage in the frame of the medical cure of the following treatments: physician's examination, massage, medical gymnastics, water gymnastics, acupuncture, packs (flour, mud), physiotherapeutical treatments (ultrasound, interference, galvanic current, selective stimulus current treatment, galvanic bath, electric bath, magnetic treatment, iontophorese, diadynamic, sollux- and bioptron lamp, kriotherapy, inhalation, TENS treatment, decimeter wave), hydrotherapy (hydroxeur, weight bath, underwater jet massage).

Gastronomy & Restaurant
Restaurant Borostyán offers international, Hungarian traditional and vegetarian foods to our guests in buffet form or a'la carte.
In the lobby bar (08:00-23:00) there is Live Music on Friday and Saturday evenings. We offer coffes, teas, cakes, cocktails and drinks.

Please note that the rates in Euros/USD are only calculated prices based on the exchange rate (250 HUF/EUR, 190 HUF/USD), we can guarantee the prices in HUF. (You can change currency at the top of the page.)

Room rates include: buffet breakfast, unlimited use of bath (jacuzzi, sauna, infra red sauna, steam bath, fun bath (34-36 C), thermal bath (32-34 C) and in summer the open-air swimming-pool (24-26 C) and children pool in the garden), fitness room, water gymnastics and morning gymnastics, bathrobe use (Mo-Fr), VAT.
Tourism tax should be paid extra between age 18-70, it costs 360 HUF/person/night.
Half-board: 3.700 HUF/person/night
Children policy:
-Under the age of 4 accomodation and board is free of charge. -Between 4 and 12 children are entitled to a discount of 50% (not for extra bed) of the accomodation and board.
Pets are allowed for HUF 3.000 /night.
Cancellation policy (for individuals): 72 hours (or more) prior to arrival free of charge, in 72 hours or no-show 1 night should be paid.
Check-in: 2 pm, check-out 10 am.
