The apartment is situated in quiet surroundings as the last house in the village, surrounded by a forest.
The spacious house is 160m2, has mansard, 5 rooms, therefore it is very ideal for 10-11 persons at the same time.

Description of the ground floor: Here you can find living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, pantry, bathroom, toilet, and a terrace. Entrance in the house is possible through the veranda as well as the terrace. The living room and rooms are furnished by modern and partly by Transylvanian furniture. You can use the fireplace (can be found in the living room), which guarantees cheer and warm. The bathroom is equipped with corner bath.

Description of mansard: There are an enormous passage, 3 rooms, wardrobe, bathroom, toilette and covered balcony in the mansard. 2 rooms open to the passage and the 3rd room is connecting to another one. The rooms and the passage is furnished like the ground floor. You can find shower and also bathtub in the bathroom. The mansard has wainscoting (strip floor, baseboard). Spiral staircases connect the ground floor with the mansard.
The apartment is well-equipped (bathrooms, kitchen), can be heated, it has easy of access by car in winter and in summer.
You can find in the garden a pergola, wooden rocking bed, slide with sandbox, campfire place and small lake with bridge in the centre of garden.

Rates are listed per night, include tourism tax, bed-linen, and towel. Breakfast is not served.
Please note that the apartment can be booked only for one group at the same time, the minimum period of stay is 3 nights. In case of a shorter stay we calculate the rate personalized.
Children policy: under 3 years is free.
In case of reservation the accommodation requires 20% advance payment.
Cancellation policy: the reservation can be cancelled free of charge until the deposit is not paid. If the pre-payment is not effected until the deadline, we cancel the booking. The owner of the house will keep the payment if the reservation is cancelled or no-show.

Price guarantee: We guarantee, all our prices are equal to the accommodations published pricelists. We dont charge you extra costs.
