Hillside resort Matrahaza lies 710 metres above sea level in the heart of the Matra Mountains surrounded by dense forests where the main attractions are skiing in the winter and hiking in other seasons. Its subalpine climate is very advantageous for asthmatic and respiratory diseases.
The Hotel Ozon is located in the middle of a 3.5-acre park, 150 metres from the main road 24, between Sástó and Mátraháza with a panoramic view to one of the most scenic spots of the Mátra Mountains, the Kékes. The hotel consists of two buildings, one being the two-star Classic building and the other one being the three-star Business building. All facilities are available in the Business one.
