Parad - Description
The centre of the 'Palocfold' (Land of the Paloc) is one of the oldest thermal resorts of the country, its colourful folk costumes are typified by the characteristic hood, its woven fabrics by a rich set of patterns.
The 200-year old Paloc House (10 Sziget street) presents the life of the Paloc folk in the last century and the textiles of their own making. Masterpieces of the wood-carver's art are presented by the exhibition of the folk artist Joachim Asztalos (6 Harsfa street).
