The Municipal Government of the City of Sarvar had the monument erected for the one thousandth anniversary of the establishment of the state of Hungary, and the two thousandth anniversary of Christianity in the year 2000. It is a work by a local resident, applied artist Jozsef Lakatos. The mythical eagle spreads its wings protectively over the Blessed Virgin relief of the Chapel forming an oak tree.
