The restored jami (a type of mosque, a Muslim temple) of Malkocs bey is an interesting memorial of the Turkish occupation.

The building plays a role in the city's cultural life nowadays, but works according to his original function again since the Southern Slav war: the Muslim one bosnyak refugees keep their church services in him. The objects received of the Turkish state's ethnographic museum make the equipment of the jami full.
