**** Hotel Silver Resort Balatonfüred is being built in Balatonfüred, a former Roman settlement, now a marvellous city which brings back remote times. **** Hotel Silver Resort Balatonfüred is a wellness and conference hotel with a port of its own, 58 double rooms (including spare beds as required) in the categories Silver Standard, Silver Medium and Silver Plus with a balcony and view, as well as 2 Silver Deluxe apartments and 9 Silver Deluxe suites. Besides, the hotel capacity is regularly increased with 20 additional rooms.

Wellness és Spa Services
The facilities Venus Wellness create a perfect blend of Roman bathing culture and state-of-the-art technology from the 21st century. The spacious and sunlit hall houses a hot water pool, a whirlpool, a splashing pool for children, and a wellness bar. From spring to autumn sun lovers can enjoy an open-air pool with a sunbathing terrace.
Tepidarium
In this 30-40 °C room guests may remain seated for hours on end without putting an extra strain on their blood pressure.
Caldarium
This 45 °C temperature room is filled with vapour from medicinal plants to facilitate regeneration, relax stiff muscles as well as to clean the skin and the respiratory system. Laconium
This 55°C dry sauna quickly heats the body and produces strong perspiration to help the body get rid of all toxins. Blood circulation improves, waste matter undergoes quick decomposition while the defence lines are mobilised throughout the body. In addition, regular perspiration facilitates the permanent release of stress, stimulates heart function and regulates blood pressure. This gives a sensation of freshness and an overall relaxation to body and mind. For best results, users are recommended to stay in for 15 to 20 minutes - or longer subject to their general disposition.
Frigidarium
The Romans normally used this cold bath after leaving the hot rooms. Its main function is to stop perspiration and to close the pores. As you sink into the cold water your heart will beat more quickly, and you will enjoy a marvellous refreshment.
Mediterrán rest room
In addition to hygiene and health, the ancient Roman spas were places of meditation and philosophical discussions. They served the refreshment of the body, spirit and soul. Our Mediterranean rest room creates a perfect harmony of physical fitness, leisure, and spiritual activity.
The Massage Studio is located in a tranquil, pleasant area to serve all who seek refreshment, recovery, and relaxation. Treatment is provided in separated rooms with quiet background music and pleasant lights.
Fitness Room
This room is equipped with modern flat weights, cardio and Techno Gym machines. Our trainer is ready to help with the proper use of fitness equipment and to make individual workout plans as required.

Gastronomy & Restaurant
The Portunus Restaurant can seat 120 guests and a further 120 on its terrace overlooking the lake. Our rich breakfast buffet is open between 7.00 and 10.30.
The restaurant offers a splendid lunch menu, including regional specialities of Lake Balaton and light Mediterranean meals, between 12.00 and 3.00 p.m.
Evening feats and special candlelight dinners are served from 6.00 to 10.00 p.m. Our master chefs offer exquisite specialities of Hungarian and international cuisine in honour of the name giver Marcus Gavius Portunus, the most famous chef of the Antiquity, under the reign of Roman Emperors Augustus and Tiberius.
The restaurant also boasts of brands of the deservedly famous wine producers of the Balaton Region, including the finest varieties of Figula Mihály.


Conference possibilities
The Lacus Pelso Conference Room is equipped with up-to-date technology, acoustic insulation and natural illumination. Arranged like a comfortable theatre auditorium, the room is suitable for holding conferences, meetings, courses, stand-up banquets, exclusive events and parties with up to 143 participants. Next to it is Konferencia Drink, a bar for coffee breaks with a smoking terrace.
Another sunlit facility with a smoking terrace is the Luna Section Room, which holds up to 20 people.
Overlooking the inner yard with its smoking terrace, the sunlit Sol Section Room holds up to 15 people.
