This lake, once was called lake of the suicides has come into existence suddenly in 1917. The quarry between high cliffes was filled up with water in just one night and after all there was the shiny and dark green lake.

This thrilling Banya-lake is one of the popular resting places of Szekesfehervar. This very deep and cold water is not recommended for swimming, because of the hiding bogies and other capital equipments down on the bottom of the lake.
