The enchanting landscape of the Danube Bend inspired the painter Istvan Szonyi (1894-1960) to masterpieces that can be seen in his memorial museum (7. Bartoky Street) installed in his onetime studio. The Roman Catolich church (Petofi Square) is a beautiful example of Hungarian Art Nouveau architecture. The Navigation History Collection (9. Szonyi Istvan Street) offers a selection of memorabilia from the eventual life of a Zebegeny shipmaster.
